1. Conclusion of the Travel Contract
By submitting a booking request, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a travel contract with Baltikum NaturReisen.
Bookings may be made online, by email, by phone, or in writing. The person making the booking is also responsible for all participants included in the booking, provided this responsibility has been expressly accepted.
The travel contract is concluded once the tour operator confirms the booking. Confirmation does not require a specific form and is usually provided by email.
After the contract has been concluded, the customer will receive a booking confirmation containing the details of the booked trip.
If the booking confirmation differs from the original booking request, the updated confirmation shall be considered a new offer from the tour operator. In this case, the contract will only become valid if the customer accepts the updated offer within 10 days.
2. Deposit and Final Payment
Payments towards the tour price may only be requested after the customer has received the booking confirmation and the legally required insolvency protection certificate.
For trips including at least one overnight stay, the following deposit is due within seven days of receiving the booking confirmation and insolvency protection certificate:
The remaining balance must be paid no later than four weeks before the start of the trip.
Payment is made as a single payment for all registered participants. Travel documents and final trip information will be sent once the full payment has been received.
If the full tour price has not been paid by the start of the trip, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the contract after issuing a reminder and setting a reasonable payment deadline. In this case, the tour operator may charge the applicable cancellation fees, unless a significant travel defect already exists at that time.
3. Services
The services included in the travel contract are based on the tour descriptions published on the website, in brochures, and in the corresponding booking confirmation.
The information provided by the tour operator is binding. However, the tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the advertised services or information before the contract is concluded. Any such changes will be clearly communicated to the customer before the booking is confirmed.
4. Changes to Services and Prices
Changes or deviations to individual travel services after the conclusion of the contract are only permitted if they are necessary, reasonable for the customer, and do not significantly affect the overall nature of the booked trip.
The tour operator will inform the customer of any significant changes without undue delay.
If a substantial change to an essential travel service becomes necessary, the customer may choose between accepting the change, rebooking to an alternative trip (if available), or cancelling the contract free of charge.
Any statutory warranty rights of the customer remain unaffected.
5. Cancellation by the Customer. Rebookings. Substitute Travelers
The customer may cancel the trip at any time before the start of the trip. The cancellation becomes effective on the date it is received by the tour operator. Customers are advised to submit cancellations in writing.
If the customer cancels the booking or does not begin the trip, the tour operator may charge reasonable cancellation fees to cover arrangements already made and related expenses.
The following cancellation fees apply:
The customer has the right to prove that the actual costs incurred were lower than the cancellation fees charged.
Requests for changes or rebookings after the above deadlines may only be possible by cancelling the original booking and making a new booking. Minor changes that result in only small additional costs may be handled separately at the discretion of the tour operator.
If the customer wishes to modify the booking after confirmation, the tour operator will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request. Any additional costs incurred may be charged to the customer.

Even at a young age, I was fascinated by nature. I primarily lead tours focused on bird and wildlife observation, but I appreciate any kind of physical activity in nature. My greatest joy in guiding is sharing the captivating natural beauty of Estonia with our guests and exchanging thoughts and experiences with like-minded individuals.
